NHPCC EVENT during the Goffstown High School Basketball games on Friday, 02/07/25

On Friday, February 7, 2025, The New Hampshire Prostate Cancer Coalition will hold its 3rd annual Awareness event during the Goffstown High School Boys basketball games.

Our mission is to spread awareness of prostate cancer and to encourage men to have their PSA checked every year during their Wellness Examination.

We have realized over the years that women are much more proactive about their health. Therefore, we encourage the women to not only encourage, but to make sure the men in their lives have their PSA checked yearly.

It’s only a blood test, but if prostate cancer goes undetected it can kill you. The PSA test is even more critical if you are in a high-risk group. That includes a family history of prostate cancer, or if you are African American.
